Frequently asked questions
Which phones can read the products?
NFC works on iPhones and most recent Android phones; on some models, it has to be turned on in the settings. The QR code can be read by the camera of any smartphone.
Is an app required?
No. Your customers tap their phone or scan the QR code, and the page opens in their browser. On your side, everything is managed from Reco.to, in your browser.
How do I link a product to my account?
Scan it or enter its activation code, sign in or create your Reco.to account, then choose the destination.
Can I change the destination later?
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. The product stays the same, only the page opened on scan changes.
Where do you deliver?
The products are sold on the reco.pro shop and delivered in France. The delivery time is shown when you order.
