How to configure the card with my establishment?

From your Reco.to dashboard, you create a 'Google Review' type recommendation and link it to your card. You enter the link to your Google Business review page, and it's configured.

Can I modify the destination after configuration?

Yes, at any time from your dashboard. You can change the destination link: another establishment, another URL, etc.

What's the difference between NFC and QR Code?

NFC triggers by bringing the phone close to the card (like contactless payment). QR Code requires the camera. Both technologies lead to the same link.

Compatible with iPhone and Android?

Yes. NFC: iPhone 7 minimum (2016) and recent Android. QR Code: all smartphones with camera.

Card lifespan?

Several years. Resistant PVC cards, bank quality. The NFC chip doesn't wear out.

Can we customize with a logo?

Yes, we can customize the design with a minimum of 10 cards. Contact us directly on the shop.

How to track scans?

Your dashboard displays the number of scans (NFC + QR Code) in real-time for each card.

Is there a subscription?

No. One-time purchase for physical cards. Product activation and its dashboard in Reco.to are included.

Delivery time?

3 to 5 business days in mainland France after manufacturing.

Minimum quantity?

None for standard designs, minimum 10 cards for customization.
